Payment Methods

All of our prices are in US Dollars. Celestial Realms Studio currently accepts PayPal payments.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered as zip files. You’ll receive download information after checking out, sent automatically by the shopping cart system. You should be redirected by PayPal right after payment to your store account page, where you can find the download link for the purchase product(s). You can also simply go directly to the store, log in to your account and check for download links. If you have any problems downloading the products or unzipping them, please contact us and we will help resolve the problem. Payments must be cleared before delivery of your products.

All digital products are final and non-refundable. We recommend that you make copies of your downloaded files in case your product is retired from the store.

Typographical Errors

In case a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our designers, etc., we will attempt to contact you via phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect.

Price changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.

Privacy Policy

Celestial Realms Studio does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam, nor do we send unwanted mail via postal service.  Batch emails will only be sent out those who have subscribed to the site in order to notify customers of new or sale items, as well as special offers and sales.

Security

We do not receive or hold your credit card details at Celestial Realms.

When you place orders with us, you are redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page where your payment information is securely entered and processed. Once the payment is completed by PayPal, you are returned to Celestial Realms Studio for payment confirmation.
