Shipping is charged on a table-rate basis. Orders up to $10.00 will be charged $6.00 shipping fee. Orders from $10.01 to $50.00 will be charged $8.00 shipping fee. Orders from $50.01 to $100.00 will be charged $10.00 shipping fee. Orders above $100.01 are shipped without any cost to you!

We ship by US Postal Service. US Shipping includes all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military APO and FPO.

All Orders: Before submitting your order - please double-check all pertinent information; especially your email and shipping address. If you do not receive an email from sales@celestialrealms.com within approximately an hour after placing your order, most likely your email address has been entered incorrectly. Invalid information may delay or cancel your order.

Returns

Should you have a product you need to return to Celestial Realms, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your product(s). You may email this request to sales@celestialrealms.com; please note that we will only accept products that have previously been approved for return. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages

Celestial Realms will, upon request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. Do not return the merchandise immediately! Please contact us within 10 days so we may resolve the issue in a timely manner. No products will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval.
