We are a small business and strive to get orders out within several days of receipt. Please allow 10-14 business days to prep and pack your order. We also make every effort to ensure your order is packaged securely and efficiently.

Lost orders
If you didn’t receive the order and it ends up being considered lost, we will arrange for a new order to be sent out.

In order to make a return, you need to 1) complete the Contact Form and 2) return the product within 30 days from your date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way, and must be in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card payments may take 10 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept exchanges.

Shipping returns
You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. Any products not returned in accordance with the return procedures may be donated or discarded and no refund will be issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please package your return securely.

Only non-sale items can be refunded.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
